Location was amazing, great place to slow down and relax after a day out
Pillows weee hard, steps in the room, at night slipped a few times in the dark, the room we had (21) not good for elderly - also had steps to get to the room

Relais Riserva di Fizzano is set in a wonderful location, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan scenery. The property itself is charming, with beautiful and well-maintained facilities. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of the surrounding countryside make it a truly special place to stay.

Beautiful location in Tuscany on the vineyard with nice facilities.
The restaurant and views were stunning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with organising tours for cooking classes / vineyards etc.
The property isn't "serviced" like you'd expect a hotel to be, they don't offer a turn-over service unless you pay a fee.
The pool towels are very expensive, when you would expect a hotel to offer these given the pool is on the property. Our room also had previous guests who had cooked in the room and it smelt very fishy throughout our stay which wasn't nice.
