Die Top Lage, man konnte das Zentrum innerhalb von 10 min fußläufig erreichen. Das ganze Personal vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit auch wenn man sich sprachlich verstanden hat,wurde man geholfen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung,das Gebäude und das Grundstück war in einen tadellosen Zustand
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Tiefgarage: Die Beschilderung war leider überhaupt nicht ausreichend. Allein mit der Bezeichnung H31, Level -1 und der Stellplatznummer war der richtige Zugang bzw. die passende Tiefgarage nur sehr schwer zu finden. Eine eindeutige Beschilderung hätte die Orientierung deutlich erleichtert.
Auch die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine war leider nicht benutzbar, da sie so stark verkalkt war, dass kein richtig heißer Kaffee mehr zubereitet werden konnte. Wir hatten dies angesprochen, leider wurde uns während unseres Aufenthalts keine Ersatzmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein funktionierender Kaffeevollautomat bzw. eine saubere, funktionsfähige Kaffeemaschine wünschenswert gewesen.

Komfortowy apartament, świetnie usytuowany, blisko do Starówki, dworca, centrum i Mystic Festival. Duży balkon.
Mikrofala byłaby mile widziana.

The location was great, close to the city centre, the train station, close to everything :) The communication before arrival was great, we had every code needed, we knew where to find keys, and everything was good.
Unfortunately, we had a window right above the store, so it was very noisy and loud, even at night, but that is no one´s fault. But we really had a problem with the "bed". We booked an economy double room and there was only one pull-out sofa, no bed. The sofa was very small, technically, two people could fit, but it was very uncomfortable, so one of us slept on the floor. For one person, it would be ok, but for two people not so much.
