The place was amazing and genuinely met all my expectations. It was very cozy, and the hosts were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.
Our room was surprisingly spacious for the price and came fully equipped with essential amenities, including a kitchen, utensils, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, a stove, and AC. Having these was a huge plus since local restaurants can be pricey, so being able to buy groceries nearby and prepare breakfast or dinner saved us a lot. Another great convenience was the outdoor shower in the yard which was perfect for washing off beach sand before heading inside!
Now for the most important part: the Wi-Fi. Compared to other places I’ve stayed (even more expensive properties where Wi-Fi was an issue), it was absolute perfection. The speed was fast enough for browsing, and watching videos and movies, and the coverage extended through the entire room, not just the bed area.
Overall, the location and value for money are incredible. I would highly recommend staying here!
Water Heater: A very minor gripe, but the shower uses an electric wall heater that made adjusting the water temperature tricky. It was mostly stuck on three set levels, so slight knob tweaks didn't do much. Fortunately, the middle setting was comfortable enough, so it wasn't a major deal.
Street Noise: Cars would frequently drive by throughout the day and late into the night playing extremely loud music, to the point where the windows would literally vibrate, which startled us awake once or twice. Of course, this is completely outside the property's control, but it's worth noting for sensitive sleepers.

The apartment ticked all the boxes: location (beautiful beach across the road, shops, restaurants, beach bars, atm, supermarkets, market and fish shops, bus stop, etc just below or in front of the apartment or a few steps away); facilities (fully equipped apartment with excellent cooking gear, fast Wi-Fi, good tv channels choice, free parking inside de apartment complex, external shower to clean the sand before entering the apartment, great AC and fan, paid laundry service if needed, etc); outstanding cleanliness and perfectly maintained furniture and gear (from good night curtains for a perfect sleep to new bathroom with good, strong hot shower, good windows isolation, etc) with free daily cleaning service like in a hotel; amazing and lovely hosts (Daniella and her husband go the extra mile to make their guests’ stay as smooth and pleasant as possible, always available for good advice or to help you with anything you may need, with very easy and quick communication before and during your stay). We stayed for 4 nights but we would have loved to stay longer: their apartments are a real gem in Mahe! We strongly recommend for medium/long stays, including Anse Royale as a base in Mahe - more laid back, authentic and less touristy than Beau Vallon, and better located to explore the island.

Nice, large apartment with all kitchen equipment you need. Very friendly, welcoming by owner and staff. Very near to the beach, ATM and several supermarkets.
Little balcony toward the main road. It was a lot of noice from parkinglot in front of a supermarket and cars play very loud music. It didn’t feel safe area in the evening, because many people use drugs in the neighborhood.
