Breakfast was not part of the deal. I liked the fact it was a whole house, very comfortable, uncluttered but with all the facilities I wanted. It is in a lovely quiet street. I haven't ticked the boxes for the beac h facilities because I didn't need them. I parked in the street the house was in and used the bathroom facilities there. The beach is pebble, not sandy, but the harbour is very pretty, and it is no secret that Le Treport does not have a sandy beach, so I don't think the pebble beach is any kind of deficit. People who want a sandy beach should go elsewhere. The resort is very relaxing, and I also like the adjacent village of Mers-les-Bains, which is where my friends were staying.
I had a big problem getting into the property. Once I had taken the keys from the lockbox, I could not open the door with them. I arrived quite late, and all the street lights were turned off (they do this at night in this town) so I was struggling to open the door in the pitch dark. I didn't manage it. It was too late to call the proprietor, so I ended up spending the night in the car! The next morning, one of my friends I had travelled with (but who wasn't staying in the house, which I had to myself) came over and managed to open the door. She pulled the door very hard towards her and then discovered that the key would turn in the lock and I was able to enter. Future guests definitely need to be warned that they need to pull the door hard towards them when turning the key to gain access. The other thing that I need to comment on is that there are very steep wooden stairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom, which are on the upper floor. This was fine for me, but an older or frail person could find these steps very difficult.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’il est bien situé avec le port au bout de la rue ainsi que les ponts pour aller à mers-les-bains à pied et profiter de la plage
RAS - mais seul tout petit inconvénient c’est qu’il n’a pas de wifi suite au problème réseau mobile

Le logement d'Amélie est parfait. J'ai apprécié la propreté (irréprochable) le confort du matelas, les équipements (rien ne manque) la communication et les indications de l'hôte. J'ai pu me garer dans la rue (non payante) le jour de mon arrivée.
Il n' y pas de vis à vis (chambre à l'étage) la vue est dégagée, donc luminosité garantie et l'air pouvait circuler (il faisait chaud en cette période de juillet) Logement situé tout près de l'Office du tourisme, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, au calme, mais sans être dans l'hypercentre du Tréport (sûrement plus bruyant)
Mers les Bains est tout près aussi, à pied en passant par la passerelle qui débouche au niveau du secteur de la gare ferroviaire (10 min à peine)
