- Perfect location - Staff very nice - I booked the private room and it is very big - Comfy bed

- There are not appropriate curtains so anyone can see you from outside sometimes and it is a bit uncomfortable especially because there were some guys always in the terrace - There is no AC - No hot water - You can hear absolutely everything from other rooms and outside

Ottima posizione, non c'è di meglio. A 50 metri dalla strada principale dove ci sono negozi, bar, ristoranti, diving ecc. A 150 metri dalla stupenda spiaggia di West End. Però la casa si trova in mezzo al verde ed è sempre ventilato e non ci sono rumori, quindi veramente difficile trovare di meglio. La struttura è tutta in legno con soffitti molto alti, dispone di un ventilatore a soffitto più due con piantana, la notte é sufficiente solo uno, di giorno basta lasciare la porta aperta che circola una piacevole aria fresca. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato tante informazioni sull'isola e sempre pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi evenienza. Se non cercate il lusso ma qualcosa di semplice ed accogliente questo fa al caso vostro, noi siamo stati benissimo, non ci é mancato nulla, grazie a Scarlett ed a sua madre.

Ci é piaciuto tutto ma se dovessi dare un consiglio, metterei delle tende oscuranti, così si potrebbero lasciare le persiane aperte per far entrare più aria, però tapperebbero la luce.

The location is good and it is a good value for money to get a single room

The bed was a bit too small (I am 1.83m) and the roof was leaking a bit during rain and at times I also had some issues with internet connection. You can also hear everything the neighbours do.

The location is good, close to the beach and restaurants but not on the main road so relatively quiet in the evening. Rooms are big with high ceiling and there is a hammock in front of the room. Upstairs there were 2 rooms sharing a fridge and microwave, not bad. They take credit cards, with no extra fees, which is quite rare in Roatan. Overall it's like an old tree house, a bit shabby but with nice people running it.

No hot water!! Uncomfortable bed. No extra sheet or blanket to cover. No glass on windows, just a net so you can hear literally everything from 6am on. No A/C just a fan which was not enough in the afternoon. With every car coming to park next to the building, it feels like a small earthquake. Taxes are extra (19%) and Booking. Com writes this in small letters below the total to pay which is a bit confusing.
