The architecture location view and comfort of the hotel is absolutely amazing. Rooms and hotel is super clean. Great staff on front desk bell boys and house keeping. Good breakfast nice places to visiting all around the location

Excellent location: the Old City and many major attractions are nearby, and the waterfront is about a 15-20-minute walk away.
Breakfast is excellent, as I have come to expect from Marriott - generous, varied and delicious.
The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The biggest disappointment was the pricing. I was initially quoted one price for 2 rooms, but it was subsequently increased twice, ultimately by about one third. Having travelled to around 50 countries, I have encountered many different situations, but I find this particularly strange for a reputable four-star chain hotel. The issue is not so much the amount itself as the way the pricing was handled.
The airport transfer arrangement was unnecessarily complicated. The hotel’s price was approximately three times higher than Bolt or Uber. First I was told that the transfer had to be booked and paid for in advance; later, that it could be booked in advance and paid upon arrival; and when my flight was delayed by two hours, the requirements changed again. Eventually, I simply arranged a minivan myself at the airport.
Finally, despite booking two rooms in advance for a family stay, the hotel could not provide two rooms next to each other. When travelling as a family, we normally receive either connecting/adjacent rooms or, at the very least, rooms on the same floor.
These issues might be understandable at a newly opened independent hotel, but they are difficult to accept from a well-established Marriott property, where one naturally expects more consistent service and organisation.
