**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. This place was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed the 3 balcony, the 3 full bathrooms in each room, the open floor plan and most importantly the beautiful view. We will be staying again. This place really didn’t fail us. Until next time iTrip!!!! Thank you

Loved the property.spacious clean and made us all very comfortable. Truely a place away from home. Love the balcony we hang out in the balcony than the living room. The location is perfect. I would suggest to maybe upgrade some ofnyour kitchen stuff. But other than rhat ot is amazing. Will book here again when we go back tobl Myrtle Beach. Thank you for making our vacation even more memorable

When we pulled up, it was disappointing because the parking was very limited because other people around the area were parking into the parking lot and there was no enforcement. When we got into the building, it was also a little bit disappointing because the building looked old and we were worried about the condition of our rental. When we got into the rental, we had several issues first was a roach that was under the sponge in the kitchen. They were also no additional blankets so you’ll need to bring your own because they only provide sheets and bed covering. The other issue we had was there was an electrical problem with the outlet that was dangerous on the island and the other issue was the bathroom lighting, kept flickering so we had to make sure we were there to let the electrician in to fix the problem which took away some time from our vacation. You also need to make sure that you have additional supplies such as toilet paper kitchen roll paper as well as a soap because it’s very limited if you’re staying there for a week. We also had issues with the air-conditioning and the fans that in the room, which was more warmer in that section of our rental than the main room in the master bedroom. We also had issues where the toaster was not in functional order so they came and brought us a new one which was very kind. The stove top was terrible and we did our best to clean that up to meet our standards. I provide good feedback, but I ran out of characters allowed.
