La posizione della casa è fantastica, un luogo di pace e serenità! Solo il giardino vale 1000 punti! La casa è molto confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare a casa, in più c'è il kit "del benvenuto" lasciato dai gentilissimi proprietari, tra l'altro molto utile, per esempio chi arriva tardi e non fa in tempo a fare la spesa, c'è tutto per fare la colazione e anche tutto il necessario per il bagno. Per tutti quelli che sceglieranno questa casa, devono mettere in conto che il primo supermercato dista 10 minuti con l'auto, e non ci sono bar e taverne nelle immediate vicinanze, quindi bisogna fare la spesa (noi che conosciamo benissimo il posto la distanza non è un problema, anzi). Il mare è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 5 minuti in ogni direzione, le spiagge sono libere e non attrezzate (per noi un plus). Poi c'è il silenzio assoluto!!! Per chi come noi arriva dalla città è un valore inestimabile!

The house is a truly poetic spot: thanks to its history, the setting in which it is nestled, and the immaculately tended, enchanting garden, from which, as well as flowers and plants, you can see the stars and, occasionally, foxes and other animals. The Wi-Fi, bathroom and washing machine are all in perfect working order.
Uncomfortable sofa bed. The hob needs replacing. A laundry basin would be useful. The cupboards were full of old household items. It would be a good idea to clear some space so that guests can store their belongings.
Agios Fokas is a beautiful place but lacks amenities. Ideal for those looking for a few days of absolute peace and quiet. Otherwise, you’ll need to head to Monemvasia or Neapoli-Voion for any small shopping and to explore the surrounding area.
