Las instalaciones y la limpieza.

Llegamos al edificio de madrugada y la aplicación no funcionó para abrir la puerta. Llamamos a los encargados y jamás contestaron. Estuvimos más de media hora angustiados por no poder entrar al alojamiento, sumado a esto que teníamos que arreglar nuestro equipaje porque teníamos vuelo al día siguientellamamos en 7 u 8 oportunidades al teléfono de contacto y jamás nos respondieron. Finalmente tuvimos que recurrir a un vecino de otro departamento, que accedió a abrirnos, desconfiando de nuestra calidad de inquilinos y evidentemente molesto por la hora. Tendría que haber un sistema alternativo puesto que si por ejemplo, se cortase la luz y se apaga el Wi-Fi, no hay manera de entrar. Fue un pésimo momento que nos arruinó toda la noche. Espero que la aplicación Booking, que hasta ahora había sido excelente tomé cartas en el asunto y nos ofrezca una compensación por el mal rato y por la nula ayuda de quienes alquilan este alojamiento.

No tuvimos agua y el propietario le dio igual no llamó por lo menos a dar una solución ni nada

Parking was difficult... instructions to entering the apartment need to be made clearer... even a step by step picture message type information sheet... it was 40C and we were trying to get in for an hour...

Excellent quality for that price. Good location, big clean apartment. Access using an app works fine. At first the app failed scanning my passport, but the contact offered an alternative through Whatsapp. You have to speak some Spanish though to have a conversation.

Apartment was in a good location, very near the Arab baths and 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Very well equipped, comfortable and modern.

We went in the winter and this place was absolutely freezing all the time even though it wasn't very cold outside. There was always a cold draft, very hard to relax.
