We had a fantastic stay here with full board (3 meals a day). The food was excellent with plenty of variety at every meal. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The highlight was definitely the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, where you can see wild sea turtles and small reef sharks. Absolutely loved it—10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The overall experience was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the property, its comfort, cleanliness, and service. Everything was well maintained and made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The location and the beach is definitely beautiful. Breakfast was good. The washroom could been clean.
I have booked hotels over 14 years through Booking.com. I never had problem with any hotel telling me that they can't find my booking. As we tried to checkin, the hotel said, we didn't have a booking. I had proof of confimation in print as well as online. :O But they weren't able to find my booking. It was quite stressful as the kids were really tired from a long
drive.
They ended up making a new booking right there and provided us a room. But the checkin experience was not at all nice.
They also need to update the hotel.
