Generally ok, but for the price, you would expect a little more bang for your buck.

Location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The manager was very helpful. The breakfast was good with decent variety.

There is only one control for all the lights in the room. Either the lights are all on or they are all off. There are no bed side lamps to minimize the lighting in the room. The tv had only the basic malayalam and new channels and no English entertainment selection. It is not worth a stay for more than 1-2 days.

Terrible experience- Was told that they would refund the amount as the AC wasn't working and I was made to shift to a smaller room with a single bed. They have not provided an invoice neither have they refunded any amount. The front desk reception and manager were both un cooperative and I was made to wait 3 hours to shift to another room.

Everything needs to be improved. Trained Staff, Good CRM, Neat and Clean rooms, Better toilets. Easy Check IN and Check Out Process.

After reaching hotel the reception staff denied to allocate room in hotel. They informed that we have no available room

When I reached the hotel they told that there no booking confirmation from booking.com. There was no rooms available in that hotel or the nearby hotels also. Booking.com and Ginger Hotel has ruined by family's New Year. The most disgusting experience I had ...Wordt
