Central courtyard with swimming pool and quiet beachside setting. Workout facility on-premises. Gated entrance with 24-hour security. My family stayed here while visiting my mother for Easter. The condo was nice.

The condo was nice but the pool was filthy. Apparently the filter was broken and there was a film on it and bugs. We couldn’t even get in it the next day.

This condo was kept up so nice. I could tell the owners must use it because of the personal touches….huge tv in living room…access to channels….comfortable beds and very clean. A little gem. Weekend manager, Doris I believe, was so nice and accommodating. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with a renewal ceremony on the beach. Great Memories.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is the best, right on the beach without having to cross the street. The unit was clean and large, and the entire building was clean as well.

We’ve stayed on this property many times through the years and we love the location, quite atmosphere, and all of our favorite restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away. The bay and pass are a must visit for us 3 times a year.

Location was amazing. The condo was as described. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. It was so convenient to be able to set stuff up on beach and come back to condo for a snack without having to pack up everything. Beach was clean and not crowded. Our only complaint is the water pressure. If you need high pressure hot showers, you will need to get up about 5am. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed in several different condos in this building, and this one was the cleanest and most comfortable by far. You literally can't get any closer to the beach anywhere in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area. The beds were super comfortable, the condo was clean, and came with beach chairs and towels, and even a kite for the kids to play with. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

We have stayed in several different condos in this building, and this one was the cleanest and most comfortable by far. You literally can't get any closer to the beach anywhere in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area. The beds were super comfortable, the condo was clean, and came with beach chairs and towels, and even a kite for the kids to play with. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Had a great experience at this complex and the unit it self.
The only suggestion for the unit is more pots are need, and the dryer is very slow drying other than that the unit was very comfortable and homey.

This condominium was absolutely amazing. The owners and renters on the property were all nice. The view was wonderful. Plenty of restaurants close, the grocery store was near and shopping close too. We will definitely come back. Our condo was super clean and contacting the owners was super easy.

Kurt and Leah are excellent hosts for their beautiful condo. This was our first time on the Mississippi Coast and the location was ideal for a quick day trip to New Orleans and the surrounding areas of Bay St. Louis and Gulfport. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and very spacious. The parking and elevator were in a good and convenient location. The pool was very large and had plenty of seating around it. My husband and sons enjoyed the well equipped weight room. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The views of the ocean are better than they appear in the pictures. We definitely recommend renting from Kurt and Leah and hope to stay in their condo again!

Perfect Condo
We were stunned at the size and style of this condo! Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The building is secluded and right on the beach. The building sits at the end of a breaker and is the only condo for miles! You have the beach to yourself! Could not have asked for a better place to stay and hope to return!
