Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.
Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.
The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.
After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Our stay here was perfect! Communication was great. The house was clean and very welcoming. Our hosts provided extra perks like local recommendations of restaurants and wineries to try. We look forward to coming back when we can stay longer than one night!

Very cute house and super close to everything! We liked our stay very much HOWEVER, the hot tub looked a bit cloudy when we used it and we just thought it was chlorine or something since in previous reviews the host says it is cleaned after every guest. Since coming back every girl on the trip has bumps and a rash all over their body. We have all been to dr or emergency room since then and they have told us it looks like Hot tub folliculitis. Which means this hot tub is not being cleaned properly. DO NOT GET IN THE HOT TUB IF IT LOOKS CLOUDY!!
