Our family-friendly spacious 3 bedrooms townhouse with garage is located right in the middle of beautiful Invermere. Only a block off main street, all the shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. About 10 minutes walk to Kinsmen Beach and Mount Nelson Athletic Park. Within a few minutes drive you can get to James Chabot Provincial Park, golf courses and a multitude of local hiking/biking trails. Great Mountain views from the house and also partial lake view from the balcony. The space Our townhouse is fully furnished. Main features of house / location /equipment/cleaning: ➢ Clean, modern and comfortable ➢ Wifi ➢TV in the Living Area (Cable TV with Telus). ➢ Comfortably sleeps 6 people Detailed specs on the house ➢ 1562 square feet ➢ 3-level Townhouse ➢ 3 bedrooms (All bedrooms are located on the 3rd level) ➢ 1.5 bathrooms (Main bathroom is on 3rd level with the bedrooms, the 1/2 bath is on the 2nd level with the living/dining/kitchen area) ➢Bathroom towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & more ➢ Open concept living/kitchen/dining (located on the second level) ➢ Two decks, both off the second level. Beautiful mountain views and a partial lake view. ➢ 1 single car garage (the door is low so trucks and large SUV's won't fit, cars and most minivans will fit just fine) ➢ 1 parking space in front of the garage & plenty of free street parking ➢ Storage for skis, golf clubs, paddleboard and other equipment is available in the garage or the area under the stairs on the entry level. ➢You can use our bike to stroll into town. It's an old bike, but we want to keep it for our guests to enjoy, so thanks for taking care of it - see picture ➢You can also use our paddleboard during your stay (4 different sizes life jackets available) Please enjoy and make sure the next guest will find it in the same condition - see picture ➢Camping/beach chairs for you to use. Close to downtown to walk to bakery every morning. Provided a paddle board in garage which was handy (although you would need a large vehicle to use it, which we had). Host responsive during stay. Only negative is would really like A/C in all bedrooms or throughout house.

Comfortable and modern townhome was a great “home base” for exploring Invermere and surrounding areas. Host was helpful and responsive. The property was clean, and well maintained and met all expectations. A perfect location within walking distance to the small but wonderful downtown Invermere and driving distance to all the beautiful locations in and surrounding this small town. Would book again.

The booking and communicating with the property owner was seamless - all very easy & responsive. The townhouse worked out perfect for our family. It was very clean with all the essentials, including a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall good accommodation that was well equipped. . Close to town with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Located on a busy corner with cars turning to drive into town which made it loud at certain time of the day.. Balcony was narrow and overlooked a parking lot. Not enough seating in the living room or balcony to be comfortable for 4 people or more.

Enjoyed staying here with some buddies for a golf weekend. Convenient location, fairly clean and well maintained. Host was responsive to answer questions I had. A little inconvenient for the recycling and bottles since we had to take that away as the facilities are not open on the weekend (another review said this also). Overall a great stay and would stay again.

If you want to stay in Invemere, this property is ideal. Great location near grocery store and pharmacy and not far from downtown stores. Well stocked and good quality housewares. Clean and has all the major ammenities you will need. Very comfortable for 3, but can hold more. Note times for dealing with recycling of bottles cans and paper which must be done at the Invemere depot are not ideal for weekend departures since it is closed.

Really nice townhouse in a perfect location in town. Easily walkable for groceries, great running routes out the front door, and a quick walk to main street. You only need your car for farther journeys. No issues with cook

Loved our few days in Invermere, just too short. There is so much to see and do here if you love the outdoors like we do. The townhouse was exactly as advertised; quiet, clean, well stocked. It was perfectly located in town. Easy walking distance for groceries or eating out. Luc is a very gracious and responsive host. Definitely recommend this property.

This unit is an end unit in a townhome. Therefore lots of light from the extra windows. The garage was great to use and with no clutter! My full size car fit in there nicely. The back and side streets are not very busy but the front street can be busy and especially in the morning. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived. The yard was very nicely kept! The laundry appliances are the small apartment size with small capacities. We really liked the close proximity to downtown Invermere...only two blocks away. We enjoyed are stay here in this nice townhome. Thanks Luc!
