Good services, beautiful lawn and lake access.
No idea about expectations but our kud was disappointed for no tv access. Plenty to do outside though.

We have stayed here just for one night during our road trip across Europe. The location was lovely, with direct access to the lake and a peaceful garden area. The place is on the edge of the village, which we did not mind, as we took a stroll around anyway. The communication from the hosting company before the stay was regular, with a lot of information which were not accurate or up to date in the end. The parking arrangement suggested by the host cost us 20 euros, as we did not need the parking ticket. If the instructions were clearer, the stay would be really enjoyable.

Location was very nice, centrally located. The apartment was clean and queen bed was comfortable. The staff was also quick to respond.
The booking said there would be a flat screen TV but there wasn’t one in the apartment. The booking also said there would be one queen bed, one double bed and one pull out couch; there was no double bed so my sons had to sleep together on a pull out couch. The booking also showed that the apartment was on the water but there was street, fence and trees blocking the access and view. Lastly, the booking said there was breakfast available but only if you pay 25€ extra per person (the booking never said anything about extra charge).
