Very modern and clean!

The bathroom was separate from the original room. Ok but not the most convenient

The room was very beautiful and extremely comfortable, bed included. Appreciated all the attention to details, from the toiletries in the bathroom to the coffee corner. It felt like a luxury stay. Also great location, 10 minutes walking from the city center and useful parking space if traveling by car.

The check in process and communication could be better

The room is modern with a large bed. Facilities are fine and it does the job for a one night stay.

Unfortunately the check in process here is simply off-putting. Despite having booking.com, which is designed for communication between client and host, and my phone number and email address, I received no information about the check in despite my numerous attempts to reach out. After ringing the doorbell over and over again (at 4pm) I was left to spend international roaming charges to call the number on the booking. I was informed abruptly that the key had just been left on the window sill and to let myself in. I don’t have an issue with self check-in at all… but a lockbox with a simple text leaving instructions of where to collect the key and “enjoy your stay” is hardly a hassle. To add to this, the entryway stank of cigarettes.
