I’ve stayed at this complex over 15 years it’s secure good location
When we arrived at reception there was no booking for us now I don’t know who was to blame booking .com or rental valley but it was very disappointing not good enough you don’t need that on the start of your holiday I got it sorted. Reception told me if we had arrived on a late flight we could have been sitting outside till the following day.So check before you travel with the property to make sure your booking is at the front desk before you travel especially when Thers a 3rd party involved .
A minor issue the toaster tripped the lights first morning messaged rental valley it wasent replaced in the 10 days I was told not to use it

Cheaper than going directly to Estrela, nicely furnished etc
You don’t get the trimmings i.e. breakfast included, towels for pool and underground garage parking than if you book an Estrela owned apartment.

the view washing machine very helpful in door pool and sauna great
the bedding was terrible until 2nd last day when they finally bought proper bedding ,needed more toilet roll. better towels , needed more rubbish bags, coffee table would be nice
