Die Lage der Villa ist ideal, weniger als 5 Minuten vom Strand und ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Moraitika entfernt. Die Gastgeberin Tatiana war sehr hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation mit ihr unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers entsprach meinen Erwartungen, die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war schön (zwar sah man nur ein Stück des Meeres, dafür mit einem schönen Blick auf die umgebende Landschaft).
Der Druck des Wassers im Badezimmer in der 1. Etage ist relativ niedrig, was einem etwas Geduld abverlangte.

Great location. We had a few issues at this property but the owner and staff were quick to sort most of them out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This is a very tied property, with small bathroom and kitchen. Very basic.
