A safe and comfortable setting with beautiful garden that surrounds hotel. A good view of Mount Meru when clear of clouds. Lots of local bird life in trees and bushes.
Guests partying on holiday weekend were very loud into the wee hours of the morning. However staff were extremely helpful.

Quite and clean
The service. The receptionist kept promising to attend to our complaints but did nothing. I was maybe unlucky the heater was not working, WiFi problem and some lights not working
