The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Location close to the center, bus stop, stores and restaurants. Only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Spiaggia del Lanino. Although we had difficulty arriving at the appointed time, Giorgio showed understanding. He was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at Sunny House!

The owner Georgio was great very kind And helpfull. The equipment of apartment was fantastic, There was everything what you need And maybe more. Clean. Fantastic.

HI - Ciao this apartment has exceeded our expectations Even before checking in, Giorgio wrote to us and coordinated how to get to the hotel correctly, he met us on time near the house At the meeting, he was very nice and told us all about the amenities in the apartment and gave his recommendations on places to visit, as well as advised a very good beach nearby This apartment is much better in person than in the photo - it is so cozy and felt not like a hotel, but like visiting the Heart of Italy,the house is very well equipped,from a washing machine to very beautiful dishes we were also treated to pleasant bonuses, there was sweet and a lot of bottled water, coffee, etc.

The flat was wonderful. Big, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very helpful and nice. We can fully recomend it and would be happy to come back.

It was noisy due to traffic in the street. But unavoidable if you want to stay central.

Fantastic host and great location! Very friendly neighbours! Communication with the host was perfect. He welcomed me and my family at our arrival and handed over the keys. The host was very eager to help us with anything we needed during our stay. The house was perfectly clean and there was literally nothing missing in it (from bedding to kitchen equipment and restroom products). The house is really bright with big windows. I also loved the view from it! :) Location is also great, everything is at walking distance (beaches, grocery shops, restaurants, etc..).

We had a great stay! Nothing we can say we didn't like.
