Surprisingly better experience than I had expected. The room was huge, the pool and the general decor were excellent, as was the great service from Matt.

Slightly disappointed that there was an additional quite high charge for breakfast, which pushed the Value for Money score down somewhat.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Exceptional service and manner by the young lady who served our breakfasts. Excellent location to - walk into Ventnor, Botanic Gardens, coastal path and St Lawrence. Ample on site parking

Our rooms (number 11) looked as if they had been recently decorated and were exceptionally clean. However they were still very stark and bland and not really welcoming (rather a bedsit feel) - consequently we spent as little time as possible there. Having glanced some other rooms, we could see that much more thought, quality and comfort had been provided.
