Excellent Property

Excellent property, easily accessible, good location. It is very well maintained. The staff is very cooperative. Food was too good, and always available on demand. The rooms are spacious and have excellent views, (especially the sunrise) Water options are available (RO and bottles).

Plants inside the property can be maintained better.

Poor Villa...keep away

The staff was good and helpful. Jeevan and Kancha did a great job. The View from the Villa is nice.

The Villa is not worth the price that they charge. The bathroom was stinking and the water pressure in the bathroom was pathetic. The water filter was dirty and the staff placed bottles in the rooms and in the lounge area. On the last day we were surprised that they charged us for the water....... Have never seen this in any places where we have stayed. The towels were very old and we're grey in color...( They were supposed to be white ). Breakfast wasn't included and the variety was very limited for breakfast. They even added the bed tea and coffee to the bill. Later they removed the tea. It was very weird that the owner had installed CCTV camera in the living room. We can understand cameras in the common areas outside but have never seen a camera in the living rooms. Seems very intrusive..the bathroom had used soaps and 5 rupee toothpaste tubes which were empty. They had a fixed lunch and dinner menu which was quite expensive. We selected dishes out of the given menu but then they asked us to pay extra for the vegetables. Highly unprofessional on part of Vista rooms also as they never called back to answer our doubt when I called to ask. Overall not at all value for the amount charged. Wouldn't stay here again.

Wonderful experience

Facility was exceptionally well maintained. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Sitting in the outside area and having breakfast in the open was one of the finest experience. Candle night dinner offered on the last day was equally great. Chef and caretaker were always available for any need. Suraj the caretaker took good care of all of us. Food prepared was very delicious

Possibly there could be improvement in following areas: a) Parking the car was an issue as we faced difficulty in taking the car uphill. The inside road wasnt proper which added to the difficulty b) The climb from the bottom to the villa was very steep and it was uncomfortable. c) Lastly, while the quality of food cooked in the villa was excellent, there were very limited options. We were also told not to bring outside food which seemed unfair
