Super freundliche Vermieter, sehr herzlich. Apartment ist super eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht und vorallem top sauber.
Wir hatten zwar eine Buchungsbestätigung für Apartment Teo und waren dann im Apartment Nicolina, aber das war wahrscheinlich noch besser von der Außenanlage her. Es hat uns nicht im geringsten was ausgemacht, im Gegenteil, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Aber falls im Apartment Teo irgendwas anders ist, kann ich es natürlich nicht bewerten. Doch ich denke, die beiden Apartments sind gleichwertig.
Die Sitzecke draußen ist sehr gemütlich und von außen nicht einsehbar.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls top! In ein paar Minuten ist man am Meer und es gibt genug Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Fußläufig zu erreichen sind.
100 % empfehlenswert, wir würden es sofort noch mal buchen.

The host was very kind and helpful with everything we had to clarify or needed help with. The apartment was very clean, cozy, nicely designed, probably recently renovated as the whole thing felt fresh and clean. Nothing broken or missing, quite a spacey bathroom with a bathtub and lots of towels :) . The apartment had everything needed (e.g.: dishwasher, water heater, electric oven, vacuum cleaner, ...). The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable. The same is true for the sofa in the living room. Even there could 2 person sleep without any problems. Overall, the apartment is absolutely perfect for 3 person!
Our apartment on the ground floor had access to the nice garden with fireplace. We even had a small grill party there.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the beach which did not feel long. I recommend the walk as it is far easier and comfortable than with car. The beach has a quite big sandy area (Bijeca beach), absolutely perfect for children. The water is quite shallow and the water was incredibly warm. There is also a more stoney area of the beach. There are not much waves there, indeed.
So overall, we felt really comfortable, had a pleasant stay, and a very nice host! Absolutely recommend!!
There were some mosquitos, since there is a lake nearby, but the host provided with the repellents too, so that wasn't a big issue. I recommend to bring one extra repellent also or ask for another one, to have one for both rooms. We had brought ours from home and had no problem at all. Need to mention that the mosquitos are a general issue for that area, not related only to this property specifically. So I do not consider it a dealbreaker, it did not cause us real problems. I even had left slightly open the terrace door during the night and was never bitten.
