The location was great and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Our room was big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the cosy vibe and eccentric decor in the pub. Dog friendly was a great bonus too!
Only one down side was the public toilet smell in the passageway for guests to use out of pub open hours.

Location was great. Allocated parking space. Meals were good although no breakfast offered. Bar staff were helpful.
Room was uncomfortable. Towels and toiletries were not routinely replaced. Had to ask bar staff. Room cleaning was sporadic. Noisy at times but this was expected as room was above main bar.
