Hygiene was great and the location was basically walking distance to all the main spots and there were supermarkets nearby too. Most importantly the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff spoke English and were very friendly and engaging. I didn't like my room at first just because I am picky about lighting, so the owner let me move to a different room that was larger and had a kitchenette and he didn't charge me any more. There is a laundry in-house right in the main floor hallway that was super convenient and free! Incredible. I really like the location too. A short walk to the Palladium, which is a great place to get almost anything you need without having to hunt all over a strange town, and good food options too. And then a little further to Old Town Square. Maybe 15 minutes to OTS from Vincanto. Walk the other way and in two minutes you're at the river, right across from Holešovice. In 5-10 minutes away is Masaryk Train station where a tram takes you to Hlavni Nadrazi. Upstairs there are apartments I would like to try out with my sweetie. I will go there again for sure. Oh, and there is a community kitchen for those without kitchenettes in their room.
First floor windows are not transparent, and some don't open. The mini-split kept the temperature comfortable.

Laundry room was not working but reception did not tell me. I had tribble time to wash them for 2nd time then dryer stopped in the middle of working and I had terrible time to dry them by ironing. I had terrible time to dry them as I had to depart the next day. I messaged the receptionist but surprisingly he said a lots of paper on the floor made it sound I did it. I washed he was truthfull for that crappy laundry.
