Komfortowy apartament, dobrze wyposażony, czysty i zadbany. Wielki plus to olbrzymi taras pełny zieleni. Klimatyzacja wydajna. Dobra lokalizacja blisko piekarni i dużego sklepu (3 minuty).
Jedyny minus to lokalizacja na III piętrze i brak windy. Wynoszenie i znoszenie bagaży stanowiło kłopot.

Bon emplacement, proche du métro. Propriétaire réactif et très flexible car nous avons pu avoir un early-checkin. Jolie terrasse.
Vieux appartement rénové mais non entretenu : assez sale (ménage non fait sous le lit, poussière dans le salon, surfaces collantes dans la cuisine), prises électriques non fixées au mur (dangereux!).
Difficultés de connexion au wifi.
Autrement, ce n’est pas négatif mais à prendre en compte : 3e étage sans ascenseur. Et si vous êtes en voiture, ça peut être difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

Ein schönes, großes Apartment mit riesigem Balkon. Es war sauber und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Bahn ist ca. 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Wir fanden es ganz wunderbar!

Очень красивая, просторная квартира, недалеко от центра, рядом метро. Приятно удивило, что есть все мелочи: например фумигатор от Комаров, средства гигиены. Даже некоторая еда на кухне
