The house was pretty big, with a bed and a sofa bed. A big kitchen and a big fridge. It was also inside another building's garden; therefore, it was very secure. The location is perfect. The kitchen had all the utilities, and the same with the bathroom. Wifi is available and also a smart TV.
The downside is that the aircon needs to be improved, or maybe another split, since the house is pretty big for just 1 aircon split, and as you can imagine, in August/September the temperature in San Vito is very high. I would also improve the WiFi, as we often had to use our own data because the WiFi was not available.

Alles, Waren zum Klettern in San Vito lo Capo. Die Wohnung sehr schön und super sauber. Da kann man leben. Parkplatz sehr nah an der Wohnung auch Restaurants, Bäckerei und Geschäfte sehr gut und schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.
eine kleine Pfanne für Spiegelei wäre praktisch und auch eine grösserer Bialetti Kaffeekocher wäre nett.
Ein richtiges Duvet zum Schlafen. Hat nur Leintich oder dünne Decken. Ansonsten Top!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, mitten im Zentrum (nahe von Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und Strand) und trotzdem ruhig. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse. Die Ansprechspersonen waren nett und hilfsbereit.
Für den relativ hohen Preis fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie Handseife, Spülmittel und Schwamm in der Küche, ausreichend Toilettenpapier etc. Sogar für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss extra bezahlt werden.
Während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir mehrere Dinge beanstanden: zwei kaputte Klobrillen, defektes Bidet, total verkalkter Duschkopf und ein verrosterter Boiler, der leider zu Problemen bei der Wasserversorgung geführt hat. Der Host hat sich zwar sehr schnell um alles gekümmert, für uns bedeutete dies aber 2 Tage Handwerker im Haus und keine Möglichkeit, warm zu duschen bzw. Wasser zu benutzen. Durch all diese Unannehmlichkeiten war der Preis für die 5 Nächte viel zu hoch!

Spacious, location and full kitchen, two bathrooms. If you don’t care about app the cons I wrote, it is big and good for couple or large family. Centrally location near all the restaurants and beach is 5 minutes walking.
Arrival was smooth we were able to get a pass to get through into the town to drop off our luggage’s as it is only allowed by permit.
Mosquitoes, aunts in the bathroom sink, shower and floor every day. Couldn’t get rid of them. Worms 🐛 on the ceiling and by the living room. Informed owner and was told they can’t do anything about it.
Stayed almost a week and no additional toilet paper, no extra pillows, sheets, soap detergent to wash dishes. Come on, it’s 1 Euro. No dish sponge.
Couldn’t sleep, the unit makes noise all night long, something in the ceiling or walls, kept on waking us up. Dog kept on barking.
Entrances to the unit was always dirty.
