The location is amazing and loved the view of the Grand Canal
Their need to be a hook for the handheld shower piece so you can use it as a shower. We’re American so an ice cube tray for the freezer would be nice.

The location of the property was excellent and the views were amazing. We had a balcony within feet of the Rialto bridge. The property was very quiet considering its location. The apartment was beautifully appointed with artworks and Murano chandeliers/ mirrors.
There was confusion once arriving at the property. We had a picture of the outside door and learned the Vikey system but the system wasn't always working with our phone due to internet connectivity. Once inside the door, we were confused about where to go. There were not any directions. We found our apartment on the third floor by walking up and trying the electronic key until a door buzzed. Be aware, there are only steps and you must carry luggage. The next day we saw a family struggling with the same confusion and I am not sure how they got there very large suitcase up the stairs. The other issue was that there was a lockbox with keys that housekeepers used. Somehow a man opened our room at 10 pm, using these keys, a walked in stating that this was his apartment. Luckily I was dressed. We contacted the owner/ manager and they assured us this was not common. However, we did get access to those keys and kept them until leaving. ( they were useful when internet wasn't fully working. ) One other item to note- the WiFi password in the booklet uses upper and lowercase but booklet shows all upper.. another point of confusion. Lastly, we were unaware that there was a very large festival/ boat race in the grand canal on the day of our departure. We had tried to book the water taxi service and was unsuccessful even though it was within the 24 hours. We purchased water bus tickets and were extremely lucky to get the last two seats. Most people were turned away. Overall this stay was a wonderful location but clear instructions could have prevented our issues.

Wonderful location! Amazing views! Large and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Nicely spaced bedrooms and multiple toilets and bathrooms.
I didn’t like the fact that when the power shut off to the entire apartment, it took almost an hour for anyone to respond to our phone calls or messages so we were stuck in the dark. Eventually someone told us how to reset the power switch downstairs, but if it had been an emergency, who knows what would have happened.
Every time we used the oven or microwave while the a/c was running, the power would shut off to the entire apartment.
We learned to turn off a/c units and only use the oven or the microwave alone.
Also, the King Size bed frame with the 4 posts was very wobbly and we were afraid it might break every time we went to sleep.

We loved the location of this place! We really liked the decor and of course the balcony was amazing! I can't say it enough, the location is PRIME! Truly, we would stay here again!!
There was 1 bathroom the conjoined the two rooms in this apartment. One of the rooms didn't have a lock on the door to the bathroom and it wouldn't close, so we have to have someone put something in front of it to keep it closed. We arrived to a clogged toilet. We made the property aware immediately. We tried to use it sparingly but it turns out it we weren't able to use it at all! We were there for 36hrs before they fixed it. We were there during a VERY HOT season, and 1 of the AC units was pretty touchy and would turn off. Ideally they would have had more AC units in this apartment for the size of it, which was really nice and spacious!
