The pool was not clean as paint was chipping and in the pool. As a result the filter was not working. Hot tub jets were inoperable until last 2 days of stay. Working with Management company was easy and helpful, yet the home was expensive to rent, more than the other homes we have rented on the same section on Mauna Kea. It can use a landscape refresh and improved backyard furniture and experience

A bit disappointing. This home needs some TLC. Outdoor grill was unusable, toilet in one of the King Suites was broken, a couple of windows wouldn't open, screens broken on some and doors that wouldn't lock once you got them open, outdoor furniture cushions dirty.
