Very good rooms (good sizing), well furnished. A/C in both rooms. Breathtaking view. Very clean. Kitchen is good equipped. Elevator. Location is good (in the old city). Keep in mind, a lot of walking up and downhill. Only new city part is flat.

Too bad, that hotel cannot reserve parking. On another hand, there are 2 parking garages near by.

The old town is built on a hill, and you have to be prepared for a 10 minute walk up the hill to the main plaza - where most of the restaurants and bars are located. The property is very characterful and in a quiet, atmospheric location. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

I have no negative comments to make.

17th century building that the owners spent 4 years renovating, the room was very spacious and clean. Grea location for old town Cuenca. They have an arrangement with a nearby parking lot

The location and the views are fantastic! The host Estella is very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning was a little disappointing, and the shower system was poor. The water pressure was low so it was hard to take shower properly. The lime-scale clogged the shower head so the water hardly came out from the niagara shower head. Also, the water was leaking badly from the bottom of the shower tray.

Please, make a recommendation about the car park which is closest to the property. Fridge was very noisy at night, okay when turned to lower setting.

Location cleanliness

lack of utensils etc in the apartment. distance to walk with heavy suitcase. even though car park is not so far away there are steps. it was expensive for what you get. perhaps it is the location.

The location is perfect. The apartment is comfortable. It is like a home.

The kitchen can be improved. There was no coffee machine in our room.
