I love the location. I love how clean it was.
The parking lot needs to be lit more at night. I didn’t like the fact that when I walked in it was freezing cold. I had to wait in my car for over a half hour for it’s a warm-up. I should’ve gotten the code sent to me before I arrived. I had an issue with the TV and I reached out to someone but they never got back to me. There was no body wash in the bathroom.

For us, it was convenient.
We had to call to get the info on the key pad (it had not been sent) and had to order tp (extra one was not on site) and had to get help with the tv. As an elder person there needs to be a stepstool in order to get into the bed.
