The staff was absolutely wonderful and helped with any situation that occured. The pool was amazing, not to large and not too small and the air conditioning was AMAZING nothing like the other hotels we stayed at in Italy!!
The only down side and I mean the only!! Was that taxis and uber's did absolutely not want to come to the hotel to pick us up at the hotel so we rented the bikes to go to dinner:)

The hotel was really lovely with really friendly staff especially the night manager Marcelo he made a holiday extra special with his friendliness. It had a lovely pool with a pool bar and with lunch options also available so u could stay at pool all day if you wanted. The breakfast was fabulous and we were able to hire.bikes to easily get around Marina di Massa.
The only issue was the property was a 30 min walk from the centre which was a bit far on a hot day.

excellent breakfast. pool area was nice. gardens were well kept. enough shaded and sunny areas. staff were helpful. Quiet location. excellent for children and families if you stay in hotel all day
isolated location. at least 1 kilometre to nearest restaurant. The beaches are all private so you have to pay but they're a long walk from hotel. all restaurants offered more or less the same menu, pizzerias and trattorias. No wi-fi in our room, only in hotel or pool area.
