El personal y el servicio fue excelente, muy atentos a todas nuestras preguntas, en todo momento la atención fue muy amable.

bueno, el ingreso en vehículo es como para tricimotos y cuadrones, para carros es un poco angosto.

Sobretodo la atención de Anita y su equipo.....se pasaron! Hicieron nuestra estadía muy agradable. La ubicación cerca de todo y lo mejor es que muy tranquilo el sector.....10 de 10!!!! Muchas gracias!!!!

La ubicación es genial para parejas que quieren estar tranquilos. Rodeado de naturaleza y con un paisaje único. Con aire acondicionado y piscina, suma puntos en Mancora. María Fernanda y Meri fueron excepcionales, muy amables y nos dieron mucha información de utilidad.

Si es tu primera vez, no es muy bonito el camino desde el puente hasta la puerta del hotel. Está poco señalizado y se siente inseguro, sobretodo de noche. A pesar de eso, no pasa nada realmente.

La location

Appena arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera al piano terra mentre avevamo prenotato il primo piano, da questa stanza era impossibile dormire per il rumore continuo del motore delle arie condizionate delle altre stanze. L'abbiamo subito fatto presente il problema, ma ci è stato detto che la camera che avevamo prenotato per errore era occupata per altre 2 notti, abbiamo chiesto il rimborso delle notti mancanti e di potercene andare in un altro albergo ma ci è stato negato. La persona addetta al ricevimento ad ogni nostra richiesta doveva sempre chiedere alla titolare che non era presente e quindi passava sempre tanto tempo. La colazione è ripetitiva.

- You will find out when you arrive to this property that it’s actually a hostel and not a hotel as advertised so expect hostel quality service and not hotel service. This is not mentioned on booking or even on any website online so we were very surprised we were paying this price for a hostel where we could have just stayed in Selina for less than half the price and right at the beach! - During breakfast time, there are only 2-3 places to sit and have breakfast, so chances are high for not finding place during breakfast and you will end up waiting for others to finish not only eating but also taking a nap after on the breakfast couches which is highly unprofessional from the hotel staff to not let them know that other guests need to eat too. - Our breakfast arrived with dirty dishes that were not washed and had avocado residue on them from the previous people, not to mention the hair as well and the manager started giving us excuses instead of offering anything to make up for it and not even an apology knowing that we had some medical conditions as well. - we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom but that was just bad luck and can happen anywhere in Peru - only when I started complaining to booking about the situation, the hotel manager talked to me and apologized and asked if she can offer us anything to make us happy in our stay and mentioned she will be happy to offer us a 1 night refund. Until today, this hostel failed to issue us a 1 night refund and now they let me know through booking that they will only offer us a discount for our next stay. That deal would be fair only if this place was an international chain and its clear they’re trying to back off their offer but its my duty as a reviewer to warn others before booking at this place
