Very disappointed and confused based on previous reviews

Location

On arrival, we had an Issue with key code not working and told check in was not until 4pm. However, we had already requested an early checkin (which had already been approved by the property owners!). Anyway, after several messages we were given another key code which worked. Observations; general drain smell from bathroom, which you could also smell in the bedroom. It was very overpowering when we first entered the apartment. No heating on when we entered. Apartment was very cold and took approx 4 hrs to get up to warm temperature. This smell remained for the entire time we stayed in apartment. We ended up buying an air freshener just to mask the smell. But this was only temporary. Most of the walls and furniture are all chipped and in need of repainting. Area to hang clothes was taken up by vacuum cleaner and mop, with just a curtain drawn to hide it. No side table on one side. Table lamp not working - due to exposed wires showing. Only 1 toilet roll provided for our stay. And it was not even a full roll. We had to buy more ourselves. Heated towel rail did not work, no matter which settings or temperature it was set at. Shower head fixture was broken/missing, therefore you had to hold the shower head whilst taking a shower. Very poor. Interior handle for bathroom door missing Rail for bathroom door broken/removed. Netflix on TV not working correctly or couldn’t stream Netflix to TV either. Connection issue.
