We had a wonderful stay at Angelo’s apartment. Angelo was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent, and having an air conditioner in each room was a real bonus, especially during the warmer days. The mattresses were also extremely comfortable, which was perfect after long days of swimming and sightseeing!
The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the outdoor market and the main gates of the Old Town, and around a 15-minute walk to the port for the ferries to the nearby islands.
We were also very grateful that Angelo allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after check-out, which made our last day much easier.
The only downside for a group of four was having just one bathroom, so we had to plan our shower schedules accordingly. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us.

Great location approx 8 minutes walk from the old town in split. Basically everywhere we wanted to go was less than 10 minutes away, including train station and bus station. The apartment was well set up with two neat bedrooms with enough storage for all 4 of us. The bathroom was clean with a really nice walk in shower. cooking facilities were good. Washing machine worked well and there was a washing line to hang clothes up over night. Area felt safe and quiet. slightly out of the hubbub of the centre. Two supermarkets nearby.
Nothing comes to mind. (has steps to get up to the apartment so access may be an issue for some)

The house was immaculate, everything was brand new, clean and well organized.
It needed a clothes rack inside, I I didn't feel comfortable hanging my clothes at the front.
