It was a central location without much noise (I was there over Santa Semana, the area was PACKED with Colombians on vacation). The room was clean, but without windows for a breeze it got very stuffy and sleeps were sweaty. I stayed there because I wanted to stay and scuba dive.
Having zero fresh air flow in the place... I would open the 1 window in the common area at night hoping it would help my room... The woman, emilise, seemed to only be happy in our communications when I was giving her money... Scuba diving: I did 2 days/4 dives... Same spots for all 4 dives... Which I wasn't happy about. I think the reason is, they have many skill levels going out, so the spot we were at was easy for first timers, which I am not. Video and photos were taken, and I did ask Emilise about them, she said she needed for the diver who took them to send them to me but would not give me his contact which was understandable but then gave me her phone number and said to connect with her on WhatsApp I tried to but that phone number did not have an account. I asked again, still no photos. So I decided not to go driving on the third day I was there. I wrote a note to the dive master asking about the photos and if he could send them to me... But still haven't heard back...

2. good location, close to the beach
1. staffs talk very loud in the early morning (6:30), they don’t care if guests are still sleeping and hearing everything clearly from the room, they just talk very loud, play video
2. no access to the kitchen, no hot water for tea and coffee
3. hear the music from the beach during midnight
