We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and had a great time. Plenty of space for all 7 of us. Big kitchen, big game room, over all a huge place and nice location. Ginni was extremely responsive when needed. We wished check in was a bit earlier and check out was a little later.

Labor Day weekend with friends
Labor Day weekend with friends
The house is perfect for a few families. Very big and clean. Better than the pictures. A lot of games, great firepit, grill, etc. It’s isolated in the woods so you feel like you’re alone. But it’s close to all the lakes. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. Ginni was a great host. Very responsive and answered all our questions, etc.

Overall, the rental of the place was smooth. The place is easy to find via GPS. You may need to re-do the paperwork sent to the property owner for the Security Office (They could not find mine) We visited in Aug 2021 where COVID post-pandemic guidelines still lingered. The three lakes within the community are nice with a beachfront and children's playground. Unfortunately, the floating obstacles for children in one lake and the rentable boats/canoes/paddles were not available. I think due to current circumstances. There were nearby family things to do like go-karts and paintball. Since we had a range of children's age, they simply liked running around in the house with the older kids and adults playing pool or basketball. We used the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. We also used the grill. Overall, the house rental was fine. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean (very important). I did not realize that majority of the flooring was carpeted (I likely did not notice with the pictures provided). We had some kids who have allergies/eczema so the carpet irritated that. The golf cart was nice to use but it does need maintenance. It is a bit too rough a ride. I would consider this place when we plan to stay at Poconos.
