Great communication from Richard and Dallas from booking. The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants and amenities. It looks well maintained and was very clean with plenty of kitchen equipment if you wanted to self cater. Really liked Canmore, a smaller quieter version of Banff but much cheaper accommodation.

Location is perfect, the place is cozy
The pull out bed is quite uncomfortable. There’s lacking in privacy in the upper deck room with the washroom and toilet being open.

The location is excellent. Having easy accessible parking for the car is an extra bonus. The apartment is equipped with all facilities. Beds are comfortable and area is quiet making it perfect for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Broken switch on bedside lamp
Dishwasher was old and on/off switch cracked
No toiletries and we didn’t like the exposed toilet in upstairs bedroom
