This was the perfect place! Any small issues were handled immediately. A must stay!

Perfect location for all lake activities. Loved access to boat slip and views picture perfect. House has everything you need: kids loved the game room and dock swimming. There were some areas that could use some TLC, but overall this property offers great family/friends experience.

This is a perfect house and guest house for a wonderful weekend on the lake!

We had a fantastic time at this property, there were 18 of us celebrating a 93rd birthday. The walk to the dock was great. Dock was nice and large with water steps.

We had an amazing time and this property was perfect for our family vacation. It was large enough for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed the lake every single day of our trip. This place is really great for large groups!

Property was perfect for entertaining and enjoying the lake. Every detail was perfect and having the guest house was perfect! The tiki hut was amazing right next to the water…the only small item I ask is that they consider a new grill as the one there is too small for the size house and all the burner savers are rusted through making grilling even burgers and brats a challenge. Other than that we will 100% return as it was amazing

This was an excellent home for a large family gathering!! We ranged in age from 2 years old to 63 and everyone loved it. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We thought this rental was in a great location, the house and guest house were exactly what was shown however, the guest house had a terrible odor of mildew/must I had to wash my sons clothes 3 times to get the stench out when we got home. The tiki bar was absolutely filthy, and the main house was so dirty we found things left from the previous renters, no pillow cases on the pillows in the master, beer cans and food left at the tiki bar and other items found which I would rather not mention. Unfortunately while this house is in a great location, we would NEVER consider renting it again. An email was sent to the owner and with the response I received back I do not feel anything will be corrected or changed.

We had such a great time at our family reunion. It was so large that there were perfect places to gather and enjoy the views. The dock to park our boat was icing on the cake and the cove was a great place to tube and swim.

We didn’t want to leave!! This absolutely gorgeous lake home provided us the most beautiful location and setting for our small wedding. I was in awe with that view! I can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided in the house that someone would need for their stay. I am a condo owner myself that rents out at the lake and I was thoroughly impressed with all that this house had to offer. We will return! Thank you for allowing us to have these amazing memories!

It is a shame because this was my first experience with Evolve, and up until the actual rental, I was very happy with the customer service, quick response, and the wide selection of properties and locations offered. I told everyone in my group how impressed I was with Evolve. However, we got to the property and realized nearly half of what we paid for was completely unlivable. The guest house, with three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, smelled so strongly of mothballs that no one could stay in there. It would have been unsafe, as you literally could not breathe with the strong noxious fumes. The main house was better but not great because there was a strong mildew smell throughout, which was even stronger in the basement, where half of the beds were. Since the guest house could not be used, we had adults sleeping together in EXTREMELY uncomfortable bunk beds. There’s nothing like sleeping on a mattress that feels like cement in a basement that smells like mildew and banging your head on the ceiling every night. Definitely not worth the money, and a HUGE disappointment. I would never recommend this property, and because of this experience, I would be hesitant to rent from Evolve again.

Beautiful house, but most important, it was exceptionally clean--our number one priority in this COVID time. We liked having the space to spread out while still enjoying our time together. The private dock was great--and lots of fun with the jumping "platform." We wanted to avoid restaurants, and the lovely kitchen made it easy to prepare all our meals at home. Fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances you'll need. Our 4-year-old grandson LOVED the playhouse (what a perfect addition to a fun place). The deck, and porch below, were perfect for outdoor meals and lazing in Adirondack chairs and swing. Having the chance to fish right from edge of the property was a bonus. Bedrooms were clean and welcoming.

There is so much room that is wonderfully accommodating. We very comfortably had three families of adult couples and two kids each.

We had the best girls getaway again this year. We stayed here for a weekend last summer too and it’s becoming one of our favorite places! The property is amazing and so accommodating for large groups.

We had 19 in our party, kids and adults. The property afforded plenty of space for all! We had a great time! We rented boats from Bombay so it was awesome to have the docks. I would recommend this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
