Our home is spacious yet cozy and charming, with many original 1922 features such as original light chandeliers, glass door knobs, and a window seat between double closets in the master bedroom. There is a large living room with a gas fireplace for a comfortable social environment, and a large tv room for watching your favorite movies, sports, or tv shows. Large bedrooms on the upper level, with two king size beds and one full size bed. Also, there are two comfortable air beds (each with an automatic air pump) available if needed. One of the air beds is a queen size and the other is a twin size. A highlight of the house is the fully remodeled bathroom, which will remind you of a relaxing spa, with a large walk in shower, a separate soaking tub, and slate tile throughout. Large, fully equipped kitchen with a custom built nook for casual meals or playing board games, of which there are many available for your enjoyment! Large dining room that easily seats 10 for hosting meals and celebrations with family and friends. A new child's high chair is stored next to the dining room. There is also a child's crib stored in one of the bedroom closets. Wrap-around porch with a porch swing that will invite you to watch the birds fly by. A spacious deck near the kitchen for enjoying the morning sunshine with your breakfast, and for BBQs in the evening (with the large gas BBQ). Large grass front yard for outdoor games (badminton, frisbee, soccer ball, and football are all provided, and tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles, and balls for the tennis/pickle ball court a few blocks away). Note: The house is over 3,300 square feet, and the guests will be in the main part of the house with exclusive use of over 2,100 sf. The other portions of the house include a small private living area for the exclusive use of the owners (it's not a rental) that has a separate entrance and is isolated from the guest area by a hallway with a door at each end. The owners are often out of town at their second home which is only 90 minutes away.
