You can see our pool area, hot tub, and all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Our lovely living area has seating for six and a large flat-screen tv for the perfect family movie night. The dining area seats six and has plenty of room to serve up a delicious homemade meal. Do you want a cozy place to sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee? Our breakfast bar seats four. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making a meal with the groceries from the nearby Blue Marlin grocery store. Our primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, has a large floor-to-ceiling window with a view and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. There is also a classic barn-style door leading to the master bath. Our primary bath features a double sink and walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and a stacked washer/dryer to clean up after those sandy days on the beach. There is a queen and full-sized bed for your comfort. Our guest bath has a single sink and a walk-in shower. RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33. The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and older are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply. The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
