Not great

Good location in quiet area. 10mins walk from the beach.

Miss Agatha - the lady that was taking care of the apartment was very confused and not professional at all. She wasn’t sure which apartment we were staying at when we arrived. We received misleading communication as one message said apartment 18 and other apartment 18B. We called an hour before check in time to confirm and was told that we can arrive half hour early as the apartment will be ready. When we arrived she was cleaning apartment 18B which we knocked at as we thought this was our apartment. She opened and said that she is not ready with apartment 18B and thought we were going to stay in apartment 18. We weren’t sure which apartment is ours and she wasn’t helping. She said that check in is at 3pm and she is not ready. We were there at 2.45, so we said ok, we will be back in 15mins. She replied saying that she won’t be ready in 15mins, which would be 3pm. We didn’t want to deal with her anymore so we just turned around and went to sit on the stairs. After she locked herself in apartment 18B we tried box with key next to apartment 18 and the code worked. So at the end of all this we were supposed to stay in apartment 18. We knocked at 18B to let her know that we are going in to apartment 18 as the code worked. She said ok and stated that she left washed towels and blankets to dry in there and if we could fold it for her and put away in the cupboard. We agreed… she left and then came back after 2mins again saying that she left her frozen pizza in the freezer and she will just grab it. This was all so stressful after long day travelling to Kołobrzeg and unnecessary. Apartment itself was ok. Except few little things. It seemed Miss Agatha didn’t do great job cleaning after previous visitors. Sour cucumbers left in the fridge and whole fridge smelled bad. Rubbish left over under the sink. Mirrors not cleaned throughout. Washing left over for us to fold. Apartment 18B had a bee hive on balcony so constant attack from bees on our balcony and apartment too.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die lage war gut.

Die Kommunikation mit den Unterkunft Personal, war sehr schlecht. Man bekommt kein Verständnis, dass es nicht so aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist nicht mal annähernd ausgestattet so dass man vernünftig kochen kann. Es war zbsp nur ein Topf da und es fehlten noch weitere Sachen. Es gab einen toster, den man nicht benutzen sollte, er hat gequalmt, war dreckig und man hatte Sorge das die Sicherheit kommt. Die Küchenschränke fallen auseinander. Dazu kommt noch das es sehr dreckig war. Es ist nicht kindersicher, zbsp ist die eine Steckdose im Flur frei und man kommt an die Kabel ran (man könnte sie sogar rausziehen). Desweiteren ist ein Brett zum Balkon lose und man sieht das es schon mehrmals mit Silikon geklebt wurde. Sehr gefährlich. Das mit den Parkplatz klappt auch nicht, wir wurden sogar von Leuten angesprochen das wir auf einen privat Parkplatz stehen und das ihrer sei. Dabei wurde uns dieser zugeteilt. Die anderen meinten das aber auch, es war der gleiche Vermieter. Wir waren schon oft in Kolberg und diese Unterkunft war die schlechteste die wir bis her hatten. Sie ist die 564 Euro nicht wert gewesen die wir gezahlt haben.

Udało się odzyskać pieniądze

Właściciel zapomniał o mojej rezerwacji. Rano rozmawiałam z Panią (wydawało się, że opiekunka mieszkania), która nic nie wiedziała, że przyjeżdżamy. Po jakimś czasie ponowny kontakt i Pani twierdziła, że możemy jechać do mieszkania, że jest czyste, posprzątane ale nie odświeżone. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że mieszkania nikt nie sprzątał po poprzednich wynajmujących. To co zastaliśmy - pościel i ręczniki porozrzucane po podłodze, obrzydliwie brudna toaleta, zepsute i śmierdzące jedzenie w lodówce, blaty aż siwe od kurzu, wszędzie pełno okruchów. Ogólnie syf! (Szkoda, że nie mogę dodać więcej zdjęć) Pani zaproponowała żebym zmieniła pościel i została - dobry żart! Wyszliśmy stamtąd po dosłownie 3 minutach i poprosiłam o zwrot pieniędzy. Także po 800km drogi zostaliśmy bez dachu nad głową. Pani mieszała się trochę w tym co mówi, co raz inna wersja odnośnie mieszkania a także mówiła, że odda mi pieniądze ze swojego konta a później będzie prosić o zwrot właściciela, a okazało się że przelew był bezpośrednio od niego. Hmm? Próbowałam także skontaktować się z właścicielem ale jego telefon nie odpowiadał, wysłałam wiadomość przez booking, na którą także nie odpisał a minął już ponad tydzień. Totalny brak zainteresowania. Panie właścicielu jeśli prowadzi się taki biznes to należałoby najpierw zadbać o gości a później samemu jeździć na wakacje… Tak, wiem, wszyscy jesteśmy tylko ludźmi, ale tyle podróżując po Polsce czy świecie taka sytuacja nigdy mnie nie spotkała. Dlatego totalnie nie polecam!

Apartament bardzo dobrze przygotowany dla gości. Dostępne kapsulki do zmywarki , kawa, herbata. Pościel, ręczniki bardzo czyste i pachnące. Lokalizacja ok. Max 2km do plaży, 12min do najbliższego sklepu Biedronka

Brak możliwości wyłączenia grzejnika w małym pokoju. Wydaje mi się że w opisie był dostępny żel do mycia dla gości którego nie było.
