About this apartment rental
A tropical oasis awaits you. This stunning tropical home overlooks a backdrop of the lush green mountains, waterfalls. and Princevilles 2 mile walking trail. A walk along the trail leads to a view of lovely Hanalei Bay and the famous Bali Hai mountains paths to several beaches on one end and the Princeville shopping center and restaurants on the other. The unit is is surrounded by the owner's carefully tended flower gardens and the grounds provide lush mature landscaping. A sparkling clean pool, complet with lounging area and barbecue are close by as is the dedicated parking.
Not just outside, but inside too, it feels like glamping without sacrificing any modem convenience. Tropical plants, soothing colors, natural materials, with modern Hawaiiana decor will reset you on island time, in no time at all.
The most gorgeous beaches in the world are right down the hill and shopping and dining are 1/4 mile away. You also find golf, tennis, and spectacular hikes, all within walking distance. You'll also find the luxurious "One" Hotel and the Hanalei Bay resort immediately down the road for sunset cocktails or an amazing dinner. Princeville is convenient to all the very best that Hawaii has to offer.
A full kitchen is at your disposal for foodies. Here you'll find new appliances, a large gleaming island for dining and plenty of counter space.
There’s private lanai just off the living room with comfortable seating and bistro dining. From this lovely second floor view with no housing across the street you can watch the waterfalls, morning rainbows and sunset colors that bounce from the small golf course lake. On the lanai you'll also find body boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler all ready for your use.
The primary bedroom has central air conditioning and black out curtains enabling you to close off the world outside after a day in the tropical warmth. There is a large smart television, a comfortable king size bed and a work space as well.
The bathroom features a deep soaking tub and all of the amenities.
The unit is offered for rental when the owner is traveling and will have stocked kitchen for your use. Although the unit is along Princeville's resort road, any noise is negligible with AC on, and blackout curtains.

Every detail was anticipated. It is truely a home away from home. Beautiful island decor and comfortable. Location was the best. Kimberlee was so attentive and very polite at the same time. We were well cared for and we also had our privacy. This is the best experience. I highly reccommend it

Our stay at this property in Princeville was so enjoyable! Kimberlee thought of everything we would need to be comfortable. The welcome binder was especially helpful in finding needed items around the unit, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed eating meals on the lanai. The snorkel gear and trekking poles were an added bonus! Kimberlee communicated wonderfully! Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This home was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, and Kimberley the owner is a sweetheart. She helped us with the tv and brought us a bath mat for the tub shower. Her King size bed is amazingly comfortable and slept like a baby. We would stay again but climbing the stairs was hard. I probably would anyway because we liked the place and the owner so much. Thank you Kimberlee!!!

Hard to find properties, you need to live here to know how to find yoyr unit, absolute no parking available unless the host makes their assigned parking spot available for use, oir host did not. Our assigned parking was used and we didotn have a place to park, major inconvenience. Hard to find the unit even with instructions from host, GPS puts you on other side of property. Not the best place to stay for 1st time visitor's, this is more appropriate for current residents. Not very accommodated.
