A lovely two night stay. Very clean and modern facilities in the rooms. Sea view room was quite large and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner.
Nothing. To be even better, maybe some bottled water, coffee and spoon in the rooms.

For a beach front, seaviews, and low crowds experience, this is the best! This Villa offers a relaxed setting by the ocean with your own area away from the crowded beaches. The room was absolutely fantastic. Newly done, spotless clean, spacious, and with gorgeous views of the ocean. The bathroom was also very spacious with nice lighting and facilities overall.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Also the breakfast was perfect.
Menu is rather limited, so plan for daily outings to eat around. There are some options walking distance but not many. If you stay here, I would recommend having a car. Parking is easy and conveniently located outside.

This hotel really blew us away. The picturesque sea is crystal clear with a private beach and plenty sunbeds. The rooms were spacious, very clean and new. The staff is super nice and helpful and the food is amazing! Please try the linguine del mare and the Qöfte!
Breakfast changes daily and is very good.
The hotel is located in a quiter area, so if you want to visit Sarandë for some relaxed beached vacation apart from the tourist masses, definitely come here!

Very good location, sharply clean, convenient to live. There is beach bar in 100 mtr, but it was quite and not bothering.
Owner has little restaurant were mama is cooking, so really home food served there.
Corfu island is in front of this property, 5G!
Bit lack of furniture in the room. Ok if you came for few days, but not enough storage if you there for longer.
