Location was fantastic, close to central Christchurch and easy to find. Great for a large group as there was plenty of room for us all. Off street parking is a bonus too, especially in the city.

Location, cleanliness, comms
A couple of the beds could do with a topper to make the mattresses more comfortable but this was the only issue and was compensated by every other aspect which was perfect.

The location
The booking for 6 adults and 3 children was made on the basis that there were sofa beds in the living room. On arrival there were no sofa beds and not enough beds for our family group. Some of the beds were hard and the bedding was not good quality and there was not enough warm bedding.
