The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The suite was great and so was the pool. The hotel was in a good position for the beach.

This was our first stay in vietnam. It wasn't till we stayed elsewhere that I realized the gem that this place is. The Air conditioning is wonderfully cold and you can control it from your room!. The pool has an amazing view. The beds are decently soft (for us westerners). The breakfast is varied yet personal. Loved staying here
It was one of the best places we stayed in Vietnam, no real complaints. The sink drained a little slow but that's all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Del Luna and would happily stay here again.
The room itself is lovely, and the view from our room was fantastic. We especially loved having the balcony, it was such a nice place to step outside and take in the hustle bustle of Danang. The location is also excellent: itās very easy to get a Grab, the airport is nearby, the beach is easily accessible, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage shops around after a long day of sightseeing.
The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we encountered, from the concierge and porter to the breakfast staff, was genuinely friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool is another big plus. Itās a beautiful space and somehow feels surprisingly private, which makes it a great place to relax during the late afternoon. Breakfast is sufficient, with enough choice to start the day comfortably.
And then there is the bathtub. It is HUGE. Seriously huge. If you love baths, you will appreciate it. The only downside is that the water pressure is quite low, so filling such a large tub takes a long time. Bath products are also charged separately, so I recommend bringing your own bath salts, bath bomb or bubble bath if you plan to use it.
Overall, we absolutely loved Hotel Del Luna. It has its little quirks, but none of them would stop us from staying here again.
There are a few small things worth knowing. Cleanliness could be a little better in some areas, although it was not a deal-breaker for us. There was no shower cap provided. The bathroom lighting is quite dim, which can be inconvenient when getting ready. The pillows are very soft, although doubling them up worked perfectly well for us.
The lift is small and can sometimes take a while, particularly when the hotel is busy. The walls are also quite thin, so you may hear other guests.
Our room was right next to the street, and there is currently construction across the road. It could get noisy, but that is obviously outside the hotelās control. A pair of earplugs solves most of the problem, so I would strongly recommend bringing some if you are a light sleeper.
A few tips for future guests:
1. Bring your own bath products if you want to enjoy that enormous bathtub
2. Pack earplugs if you are sensitive to noise
3. Consider paying in cash because there is an additional three per cent charge for credit-card payments.
But honestly, these are just minor things. The hotel was so lovely and we will stay here again if we were to ever visit Danang again.
