Boss of the supermarket shop under the accommodation is also the owner of the property. We knew this so on arrival we saw him there and he took us to our room and explained the basic things. No other things was needed from him and even if we needed anything he was always in his shop which was working from early in the morning until late night. Accommodation was spacious, clean and functional. Great view from the terrace and after 12 there is a shade so for the rest of the day it was not too hot to sit there and enjoy coffee or tea and even have a meal there. But accommodation was at the short walking distance from the beach so you can walk from your room to the beach, dip in the water and come back to your beautiful terrace until next desire to have another swim. Bathroom was a surprise. Most of the bathrooms in Greece are too small and shower without curtain and worst of all, no extraction fan. This one was completely opposite. It had everything. Also unit was away from the noisy area at night so peaceful sleep was achieved every night.
The only one thing it wasn't perfect was the aircon unit. It barely made it on the border of comfortable cool in the room. If you go to the beach and turn it of, by the time you come back to your room it would take forever just to drop the temp to barrable level. Room was No 2 and I don't know other rooms aircon efficiency but I am sure this one was low on gas. It is a shame as it was a very quiet unit just no proper cooling. I checked the buildup of dust on the mesh filter which is usually reason for a low efficiency but they were clean, Other than this a great place to stay for longer period.

The location was good ,the view from the balcony.
I think the bed mattresses should be more clean,it was sand on them ,they should put something that should not allow the sand to go inside the mattress, otherwise it's big problem.The table on the balcony was moving like a boat and the door if we pushed strong it could be open.I paid 100euro per night. Should I expected to receive this?
