Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt von San Teodoro.
- Gastgeber sprechen ausschließlich italienisch, was die Verständigung zum Teil sehr schwer macht.
- Frühstück ist sehr sporadisch und qualitativ nicht besonders hochwertig. Preis/Leistung passt in diesem Punkt überhaupt nicht.

La struttura è molto carina con pulizia della camera giornaliera, la posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla e con zone relax esterne. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare nel piccolo frigo acqua fresca, birra e yogurt per il mio bambino!
La Sig.ra Rosa che gestisce la colazione tutte le mattina è stata fantastica, gentile e premurosa!
Ci hanno anche fornito l’ombrellone per la spiaggia e alcuni giochi per bambini.
Nulla di negativo, era tutto perfetto!

Die Lage, man ist sehr schnell im Ort und zu Fuß ist es auch möglich zum Strand zu gehen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bett extrem weich.
Der Preis sehr günstig (mit Frühstück) jedoch ist das Frühstück sehr sparsam angerichtet. Nur mit Toastbrot, kein Gemüse wie Paprika oder Tomaten, keine Eier, wenig Auswahl. Ich würde um den Preis das Frühstück weglassen oder den Preis etwas anheben und die Auswahl verbessern.
Das Personal (Rosa), stets freundlich und ging auf Wünsche, soweit möglich, auch ein. Leider nur Italienisch, ohne Übersetzer vom Handy sehr schwierig.
