Charming and cozy getaway on 14 private acres in the Pennsylvania Wilds with all the comforts of home. 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 modern baths, a large family room with the most comfortable couch in the world, a dining area with views of a private pond and forested mountains, and a wraparound deck. Idyllic setting with woodlands and a private pond stocked with largemouth bass, excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, and stunning night skies, plus modern amenities. Fully stocked modern kitchen, large capacity washer and dryer, internet with WiFi, satellite TV, ecologically sensitive heat and a/c. The house has a Ring doorbell in case you have any trouble getting in and have no cell reception—just ring the doorbell and we can help! The A-frame is close to Cherry Springs, Sinnemahoning, Ole Bull, Prouty Place, and Lyman Run State Parks and Susquehannock State Forest. It is also near ATV and snowmobile trails, and convenient to the UPMC Cole Hospital and the amenities of Coudersport.

Wow! My family and I came here for MDW to get away from the city lights and see some stars.The hosts are so, kind, accommodating, and super responsive to any questions? Or requests. I say this respectfully though, I don’t know how smart they are, because I wouldn’t let any of you stay in this gem of a property. It is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice.During the day we were able to hang at the pond, let the dog run, grill, and jump on some 4wheelers we rented down the road. The house was clean, comfortable, loaded with amenities, and absolutely immaculate. Protect this house at all cost! Don’t be a slob and mess it up for everyone. Last thing. The guy who wrote the 2 star review is an absolute miserable, bed bug of a human! Don’t be a loser like that guy!

Very cool property if you are looking for something in the middle of nowhere. The road to get to the property is long and winding and not much fun for a minivan so be prepared for that. Unfortunately had to cut our stay short.

Excellent property, very clean and wonderfully decorated. Very relaxing. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely live here as a primary residence. Just far enough away from everyone but close enough for errands.
