- They made me pay the IVA at the check-in despite having shown an Spanish ID and I made the reservation with a Spanish credit card ( foreigners are exempt of IVA )
- the bathroom for man, the faucet is broken

- Near of the bus station.
- They provide very good and thick blankets.
- They know from tours, local people and places to recommend you.
- It has a good and big space to work.
- It is not very clean, higienic: soap and water were missing in men's bathroom, some staff were letting the cat to lick the water from the tap, sometimes cleanliness was generally absent.
- Some details could make the dorm experience better: some lockers were broken, the dorm's door would need a bit of oil because it sounds very loud and wakes up the people inside, and the beds are not that stable (it feels that it can bend).
- Depending on the person of the staff, they can be very nice or a bit elusive/unsociable. Martin was the best, very professional and always nice, top guy.
- Breakfast: a more abundant breakfast would definitely be desiderable.
- The doors in general: the shower door system makes a bit difficult the privacy when you are naked (you do not know whether someone will open the door meanwhile). Another door, in men's toilet, does not shut properly, so to use it is difficult.
